Welcome to Red Rover Pizza, a custom Wood-Fired Pizza catering business in the Twin Cities. Terry and Karen Savoie are long time entrepreneurs that have always loved gourmet food.
Our homemade pizza oven was an immediate hit. Our family and friends loved to come over for some gourmet pie. Soon, organizations such as our home church: Plymouth Covenant in Plymouth, MN wanted us to make wood–fired pizza for their activities.
We knew we had a “winner” with our custom made pizzas!
We decided this needed to become a business so that we could share our love for wood–fired pizza with more people in the area! We did our research and found portable wood-fired ovens that were specifically designed to bring wood–fired pizzas to customer’s locations!
We ordered our first portable wood–fired pizza oven in the fall of 2011 and began this adventure.
Parties, graduations, weddings and festivals in Plymouth, Corcoran, Medina, Wayzata and Minnetonka.
Our Pizza Oven is totally portable and we bring it to our customer’s location and cook fresh gourmet pizza with the ingredients that our customers request.
